These 21 tools give you some tried and tested techniques to help you devise your strategy and action plan to implement a self care culture. Turn back to Figures 3.1 and 4.1 to see how these tools fit in to the various stages you will work through to evolve and establish a culture of supporting self care in your PCT or practice.
