The NHS Direct Online service mirrors the NHS Direct phone service, providing information
online for patients and the public. It includes health news, information on healthy living and

Patient Voices are ‘digital stories’ produced by Pilgrim Projects, that use video, audio, text
and music to convey patients’ stories. They ‘aim to touch the hearts of managers, clinicians
